This article mainly discusses the installation of Pengyin Precision Linear Guideway (PYG, SLOPES) without lateral positioning assembly surface, which mainly includes two methods - pseudo reference plane method and linear block gauge method.

1、 False reference plane method

Tightly connect and fix the two sliders on the measuring flat plate, based on the reference plane near the assembly of the machine's linear guide rail. Use a micrometer to calibrate the side reference plane of the reference side linear guide rail, starting from one end of the linear guide rail, and sequentially tighten the assembly screws with specific torque.

2、 Linear block gauge method

According to the linear block gauge, use a micrometer to calibrate the side reference plane of the reference side linear guide rail. Starting from a section of the linear guide rail, calibrate and sequentially lock the assembly screws with specific torque.
